Privacy policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us, why we process it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
The controller responsible for processing your data on this website is:
Lumina
Email: privacy@luminacloudos.com
2. Scope
This policy covers the Lumina marketing website. When customers use the Lumina CMS and players, we process data on their behalf. That processing is governed by the customer agreement and our data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, not by this policy.
3. Visiting this website
When you open a page, your browser automatically sends information to our web server, which is stored in server log files: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system.
We use this data to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a stable and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after 30 days, unless we need them longer to investigate a specific security incident.
4. Demo requests and email
If you request a demo or contact us, we process the details you give us: your name, work email, company, number of screens and your message. We use this data only to answer your request and, if you wish, to prepare an offer.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies and no analytics.
6. Fonts
This website uses fonts hosted on our own server. No connection to Google or any other third party is made to load them.
7. Recipients and transfers outside the EU
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
- Hetzner Online GmbH — hosting (EU)
- Cloudflare — DNS and network
- Zoho — email
- OpenWeatherMap — weather data for CMS widgets; no personal data of website visitors is shared with it
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, receive and object to processing of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
9. Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection (TLS). We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
